Dominion International Petroleum Ltd (DIPL) is a privately held and wholly owned Ghanaian company, registered under the laws of Ghana in 2009 to participate in the downstream energy sector as a bulk distribution oil company. Dominion is an affiliate company of the well-known Sildalco Group. Dominion was licensed by the National Petroleum Authority, (NPA) in February 2012 and operations fully commenced in May 2012.

The company’s main objective is to have a strong presence in the distribution of refined petroleum products in Ghana. Over the years, Dominion has built relationships with a number of strong international companies within various sectors, thus rendering us a reliable brand in our line of business to our commercial clients in Ghana and beyond

Dominion International was the first bulk Import distribution and Export company (BIDEC) to start operations by importing a full cargo of 28,000 metric tonnes of gasoline to sell. This is one of our success stories. We procured 16.7 acres of land in Tema to construct our tank storage and loading gantry, and consultants are in the design stages of this project to put up one of the largest automated storage facility.
